摘 要:在宽厚板轧制生产线上,由于轧制前钢坯存在杂质、飞灰、再生氧化铁等物质,在轧制过程中会出现大量的粉尘和铁屑,漂浮在空中且进入轧机元件内部,极易损坏设备,同时污染环境,对操作人员和维护人员身体造成伤害。针对此类问题,基于烟尘抑制净化基本原理,设计烟尘水雾抑制装置和除尘系统,应用于宽厚板轧制生产线。烟尘水雾抑制装置安装在轧机前、后导卫系统内部,新型雾化喷嘴同时与气源和水源连接,使轧制过程中产生的粉尘和铁屑与浓密的水雾结合,防止挥发,从而起到抑制烟尘的作用。除尘系统主要由吸尘罩、除尘管路、旋涡湿法除尘器、除尘风机、烟囱等组成,吸尘罩安装在轧机前、后辊道上方,通过除尘系统对轧制过程中产生的烟尘进行吸收处理和二次除尘。烟尘水雾抑制装置和除尘系统在现场应用取得了良好的效果,有效地减少了轧制过程中的“烟尘”现象,使轧机周边设备运行环境得到改善,设备故障率明显降低,达到预期的效果。In the wide and heavy plate rolling line,a large number of dust and iron filings appear during rolling due to the substances such as impurities,flying ash and regenerated iron oxide in slab before rolling,the ones floating in air and entering into the internal parts of rolling mill easily result in equipment failure,environment pollution,physical injury to the operators and maintenance personnel.Aiming at the problem,water mist dust suppression device and dust removal system are designed and appliced for wide and heavy plate rolling line on the basis of dust suppression and purification principle.The water mist dust suppression device is installed on the entrance and exit side guides of rolling mill,the new type of atomizing nozzles connected to air and water supply make the dust and iron filing generated during rolling combining with thick water mist without volatilization,which plays the function of dust suppression.The dedusting system mainly consists of suction hood,piping,wet cyclone dust collector,dedusting fan,chimney,among which the suction hood,mounted above the entry and exit roller table of the mill,is applied for dust suctioning and secondary dedusting during rolling by dedusting system.The application of water mist dust suppression device and dedusting systtem with good result effectively reduces the fume dust generated during rolling,significantly improves the equipment environment surrounding the mill,the plant failures apparently decrease,achieving the expected result.
