摘　　要：行车定位技术通过射频标签对行车实时定位,并采集行车位置、重量等信息,由无线设备传输至地面服务器。钢包管理系统涵盖钢包辨识、位置跟踪、周转运行、维修管理等功能,将行车定位技术和钢包管理系统有机结合,实现了钢包信息化、智能化管理。生产调度人员可根据实时获得的状态信息,优化钢包选配,提高钢包周转效率,为转炉冶炼计算模型提供准确数据,实现钢水浇铸温度稳定性,保证生产顺行,提高产品质量,达到提质增效的目的。The overhead crane positioning technology is to locate the crane in real time,collect data of crane position and weight,transmit the data to the ground receiver via wireless device.The ladle management system covers various functions such as ladle identification,position tracking,ladle transfer and maintenance management.The overhead crane positioning technology and ladle management system in combination realizes the informatization and intelligentization.The production scheduler can optimize the ladle selection,improve the turnover rate,provide accurate data to the calculation model of BOF melting,fulfills the stability of molten steel casting temperature,which ensures smooth production and quality,achieves the purpose of quality and efficiency improvement.
