摘　　要：政社合一社会治理模式是特定历史阶段的产物,它以政社合一的时代表征彰显了中国共产党领导中国人民探索社会治理现代化之路的曲折过程。政社合一社会治理模式的生成是建立在理论、历史和现实的基础之上,并辅之以阶级斗争为主线的意识形态教育和社会政治运动的双轮驱动,通过价值整合、权威整合、组织整合造成了社会治理的畸形发展,最终在内外动因及国家政策的助力下,宣告了政社合一社会治理模式的解体。以史为鉴,警惕和防范政社合一社会治理模式重演,应革新政社合一社会治理模式的批判方式,建构符合新时代特点的社会治理新样态,推进社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的实现。The social governance model of the integration of government and society is built on the basis of theory,history and reality,and is supplemented by the dual-wheel drive of ideological education and social and political movements with class struggle as the main line.Through value integration,authority integration,and organizational integration,the abnormal development of social governance has been caused.Finally,with the help of internal and external motivations and national policies,the social governance model of the integration of government and society has been declared disintegrated.The formation of the social governance model of government-commune integration is based on theory,history and reality,and is supplemented by the dual-wheel drive of ideological education and social and political movements with class struggle as the main line.Through value integration,authority integration,and organizational integration,the abnormal development of social governance has been caused.Finally,with the help of internal and external motivations and national policies,the social governance model of government-commune integration has been declared disintegrated.Taking history as a mirror,we must guard against and prevent the recurrence of the social governance model of government-commune integration,reform the way of criticizing the new social governance model of government-commune integration,and construct a new model of social governance that conforms to the characteristics of the new era to promote the realization of the modernization of the social governance system and governance ability.
