中医降压操、点压五穴结合天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的疗效及BPV分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医降压操、点压五穴结合天麻钩藤饮对高血压病(肝阳上亢型)患者的疗效及血压变异性(Blood Pressure Variability,BPV)分析。方法:抽选2019年5月-2020年5月于石河子大学第一附属医院就诊的100例高血压病(肝阳上亢型)患者,以随机化分组方法将患者分入对照组、治疗组,每组患者50例。其中对照组联用硝苯地平片、氨氯地平片、厄贝沙坦片,治疗组加行中医降压操、点压五穴、天麻钩藤饮。组间对比诊疗前后患者的舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure,DBP)水平、收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure,SBP)水平、动脉舒张压变异性(Diastolic Blood Pressure Variability,DBPV)水平、动脉收缩压变异性(Systolic Blood Pressure Variability,SBPV)水平、中医症状积分。结果:诊疗前两组患者的DBP、SBP、DBPV、SBPV、中医症状积分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组诊疗后的DBP、SBP、DBPV、SBPV、中医症状积分相比,均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:中医降压操、点压五穴结合天麻钩藤饮能够有效控制高血压病(肝阳上亢型)患者的血压水平,缓解其各项症状,整体疗效较高。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of TCM hypotensive exercise,point pressure at five acupoints combined with the Tianma Gouteng decoction(天麻钩藤饮)on patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang(阳)type hypertension and BPV analysis.Methods:100 patients with hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang)were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets,amlodipine tablets and irbesartan tablets,while the treatment group was given TCM hypotensive exercise,point pressure at five acupoints with the Tianma Gouteng decoction.The levels of DBP,SBP,DBPV,SBPV and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after diagnosis and treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of DBP、SBP、DBPV、SBPV,TCM symptom integral score between the two groups before diagnosis and treatment(P>0.05);DBP、SBP、DBPV、SBPV,TCM symptom integral score in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM hypotensive exercise,point pressure at five acupoints combined with the Tianma Gouteng decoction can effectively control the blood pressure level and relieve the symptoms of patients with hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang type),and the overall curative effect is high.
