慢性静脉功能不全患者足背静脉TNF-α、hs-CRP水平与中医证型相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性静脉功能不全(Chronic Venous Insufficiency,CVI)患者足背静脉肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)水平及其与中医证型的关系。方法:筛选CVI患者120例,按中医辨证标准分为血瘀证组(57例)、湿热下注证组(63例),对比两组患者足背静脉TNF-α、hs-CRP水平差异。结果:①CVI患者足背静脉TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均较肘静脉高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②血瘀证患者足背静脉TNF-α、hs-CRP水平较肘静脉高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);湿热下注证患者仅足背静脉TNF-α水平较肘静脉高,且足背、肘静脉TNF-α水平均较血瘀证患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CVI患者足背静脉TNF-α、hs-CRP表达高于肘静脉;CVI患者足背静脉TNF-α水平与中医证型相关。Objective:To investigate the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in dorsal pedal vein of patients with chronic venous insufficiency and their relationship with TCM syndrome types.Methods:120 CVI patients were selected and divided into the blood stasis syndrome group(57 cases)and the damp heat syndrome group(63 cases)according to TCM syndrome differentiation standard,the differences of TNF-α and HS-CRP levels between the two groups were compared.Results:1.The levels of TNF-α and HS-CRP in dorsal pedal vein of CVI patients were higher than those in elbow vein,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.The levels of TNF-α and HS-CRP in dorsal pedal vein of patients with blood stasis syndrome were higher than those in elbow vein(P<0.01);The levels of TNF-α in dorsal pedal vein of patients with damp heat syndrome were higher than those in elbow vein(P<0.01),and the TNF-α levels of dorsal pedal vein and elbow vein were higher than those of patients with blood stasis syndrome,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:The expression of TNF-α and HS-CRP in the dorsal pedal vein of CVI patients were higher than those in the elbow vein;the level of TNF-α in the dorsal pedal vein of CVI patients was correlated with TCM syndromes.
