针刺结合艾灸治疗复发性口疮医案举隅

摘　　要：复发性口疮,是指口腔黏膜上皮反复溃疡引起的一种以黏膜溃烂、红肿疼痛为主要表现的口腔黏膜损伤疾病。溃烂疼痛部位可为单发或多发,具有周期性或复发性的特点。该病缠绵难愈,极易复发,其高发率已经严重影响患者的正常饮食甚至日常交流,给患者的身心健康带来极大危害。笔者运用针灸疗法,治愈复发性口疮1例,疗效确切,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Recurrent aphtha is a kind of oral mucosal injury disease that is mainly manifested by mucosal ulceration,redness and pain caused by repeated ulcers of the oral mucosa epithelium.The site of ulcer pain can be single or multiple,with periodic or recurring characteristics.The disease is lingering and difficult to cure,and it is easy to relapse.It is high incidence has severely affected patients’normal diet and even daily communication,and brought great harm to patients’physical and mental health.The author applies acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to cure 1 case of recurrent aphthous ulcers.The curative effect is definite,which is with a prospect of providing reference for clinical treatment.
