摘  要:为合理改善TA2纯钛耐磨性与装饰性,延长TA2纯钛使用寿命并拓展其使用领域,以磷酸三钠(Na_(3)PO_(4))、氢氧化钠(NaOH)、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)、硫酸镍(NiSO_(4))、钨酸钠(Na_(2)WO_(4))为主要电解液原料,在TA2纯钛表面制备了绿色微弧氧化膜,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、材料表面综合性能测试仪、显微硬度仪和三维光学轮廓仪等分析测试了微弧氧化膜的结构与组成,探究了电解液温度对TA2纯钛表面绿色微弧氧化陶瓷膜耐磨性的影响。结果表明:随着电解液温度的升高,膜层表面缺陷减少,锐钛矿和金红石相TiO_(2)含量增多,膜层、粗糙度及硬度先减小后增大,膜层耐磨性先增大后减小。当电解液温度为70℃时,膜层厚度为10.55μm,粗糙度为817.76 nm,硬度达到553HV,耐磨性达到最佳,磨损体积相较于TA2降低68.75%,磨损机理为黏着磨损。In order to reasonably improve the wear resistance and decoration of TA2 pure titanium,extend its life and expand its application field,a green micro-arc oxide coating is prepared on the surface of TA2 pure titanium using trisodium phosphate(Na_(3)PO_(4)),sodium hydroxide(NaOH),disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate(EDTA-2Na),nickel sulfate(NiSO_(4))and sodium tungstate(Na_(2)WO_(4))as main electrolyte raw materials.So as to explore the effects of the electrolyte temperature on the wear resistance of the green micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating on the surface of TA2 pure titanium,the scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),the material surface comprehensive performance tester,the microhardness tester and the threedimensional optical profiler are used to analyze and test the stucture and composition of the micro-arc oxide coating.The results show that with the temperature of the electrolyte increased,the surface defects of the coating decrease,and the content of anatase and rutile TiO_(2) increases,while the coating’s roughness and hardness decrease at first and then increase,and the wear resistance of the coating increases at first and then decreases.When the electrolyte temperature is 70℃,the thickness and the roughness of coating is 10.55μm and 817.76 nm,respectively,and the hardness can reach into 553 HV,and the wear resistance is the best;whose wear volume is 68.75%lower than that of TA2.Moreover,the wear mechanism is adhesive wear.
