摘 要:为了研究腹板开孔冷弯卷边槽钢双肢拼合梁的畸变屈曲性能,在已有相关弯曲实验的基础上,对不同螺钉间距、孔洞大小和孔洞间距的构件进行了有限元参数分析。结果表明:在特定截面参数下,双肢拼合构件可以表现为以畸变屈曲为主的畸变-局部相关屈曲模态;受畸变屈曲控制的构件弯曲承载力随孔径的增大而减小,且下降幅度随着孔高比的增大而增加;螺钉间距和孔洞间距对构件畸变屈曲承载力影响相对较小。最后,根据参数分析结果,提出了在畸变屈曲控制下腹板开孔冷弯卷边槽钢双肢拼合受弯梁的极限荷载修正公式。In order to study the distortional buckling performance of cold-formed steel(CFS)built-up channel beams with web perforations subject to pure bending,on the basis of the existing bending experiments,the parametric analyses based on various screw spacing,hole size and hole spacing are carried out.It is shown that the failure mode of CFS built-up channel beams with web perforations controlled by distortional buckling can be combined with distortional-local buckling.The bending capacity of the specimens controlled by distortional buckling decreases with the increase of hole size,and the decreasing range increases with the rise of the diameter-depth ratio,although the screw spacing and the hole spacing have relatively little influence on the bending capacity.Finally,according to the results of the parameter analysis,the ultimate load modified formulae of CFS built-up channel beams with web perforations under the control of the distortion buckling is proposed.
