摘 要:目的:对补骨脂的化学成分及其对肝脏损伤的研究进展进行综述。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库和PubMed数据库中相关中英文文献,全面系统地阐述补骨脂化学成分及其对肝脏损伤的研究现状,并结合现代药理研究,对补骨脂炮制减毒和临床案例进行简要探讨。结果:补骨脂有补肾壮阳、补脾健胃之功能。补骨脂中香豆素类、黄酮类等化学成分具有肝毒性,长时间或大剂量服用补骨脂容易引发肝损伤。结论:补骨脂对肝脏损伤的作用机制目前并不明确,临床上缺乏全面系统的用药指南,主要通过了解药物性肝损伤,对补骨脂主要化学成分致肝脏损伤的特点和机制进行简要阐述,为补骨脂临床用药安全提供参考。参考文献43篇。Objective:To review the chemical components of Buguzhi(Fructus Psoraleae)and the research progress on liver damage caused by it.Methods:Through searching Chinese and English literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed,comprehensively and systematically the chemical composition of Buguzhi and status on research of liver injury caused by it were reviewed.Combined with modern pharmacological research,the processing for reducing toxicity of Buguzhi and clinical cases were discussed.Results:Buguzhi has the functions of tonifying kidney and invigorating,tonifying spleen and invigorating stomach.The chemical components such as coumarins and flavonoids in Buguzhi are hepatotoxic,and administration for a long time or in large doses can easily cause liver damage.Conclusions:The mechanism of Buguzhi on liver injury is unclear at present,and there is no comprehensive and systematic medication guideline in clinical practice.In this paper,the characteristics and mechanism of liver injury caused by the major chemical components of Buguzhi were reviewed by understanding drug-induced liver injury,so as to provide a reference for the using Buguzhi in clinic with safety.Forty-three references were cited in this paper.
