摘　　要：世纪疫情和百年变局交织叠加,导致我国国际话语生态持续恶化,给中国外交话语体系建设、国家形象塑造带来严峻挑战。结合新冠肺炎疫情给全球政治、经济、体育带来的深刻影响,笔者对后疫情时代中国体育外交发展进行了剖析和解读,进一步明确体育外交的发展任务:参与国际体育治理,稳定国际多边体育体系;增友谊、促和平,推动构建新型国际关系;塑造国家形象,强化中国身份认同;融合参与“一带一路”建设,为国家战略倡议实施创造条件;讲好中国故事,提升中国道义和感召力。后疫情时代推动中国体育外交的发展要求包括:坚持战略思维;强化服务意识和使命担当;转变参与心态,突出主动作为。The COVID-19 epidemic and the world’s great changes in 100 years have made the international discourse environment continues to deteriorate,and brought severe challenges to the construction of China diplomacy discourse system and the shaping of the image of the country.with the impact of COVID-19 on global politics,economy and sports,the paper analyzes and interprets the development of China’s sports diplomacy in the postepidemic era,and further clarifies the development tasks of the sports diplomacy,namely,participating in international sports governance in order to stabilize the international multilateral sports system promoting friendship and peace to build a new type of international relations,shaping the country image and strengthening the function of Chinese identity,publicizing and introducing the“Belt and Road”Initiative to create opportunities for the implementation of national strategies,tell Chinese stories well in order to enhance China’s morality and charisma.The requirements for promoting the development of China’s sports diplomacy include adhering to strategic thinking,strengthening service consciousness and mission responsibility,and changing the mentality of participation and highlighting proactively acting.
