摘  要:偏心齿轮作为大型闭式机械压力机的核心零部件,其加工精度有着非常高的要求。因偏心齿轮结构的不对称性,在利用立式车床加工偏心齿轮的偏心体和内孔时,车床的配重便成了影响其加工精度的重要因素。本文介绍一种立式车床加工偏心齿轮时的配重计算方法,并对计算时的注意事项进行说明。As the core component of large closed mechanical press, eccentric gear has very high requirements for machining accuracy. Due to the asymmetry of the eccentric gear structure, when the vertical lathe is used to process the eccentric body and inner hole of the eccentric gear, the counterweight of the lathe becomes an important factor affecting its machining accuracy. A counterweight calculation method for machining eccentric gears on a vertical lathe has been introduced in the text, and the precautions in the calculation has been explained.
