摘　　要：基于目前主流激光切管机存在尾料长、加工长成品工件精度差等弊端,本文介绍一种三卡盘零尾料激光切管机,可对长成品工件进行拉料切割,有效提高切割精度。同时配备拼装式浮动托板,每组浮动托板可实现独立的升降浮动动作,可分别翻转落料。该产品在保证长成品工件切割精度的同时,实现零尾料切割,并解决成品工件自动落料问题。Based on the shortcomings of the current mainstream laser pipe cutting machine, such as long tailing and poor machining accuracy of long finished workpieces, a three-chuck zero tailing laser pipe cutting machine has been introduced in the text, which can pull and cut long finished work pieces, effectively improving the cutting accuracy, while it has been equipped with assembled floating pallets. Each group of floating pallets can realize independent lifting and floating actions, and can be turned over and blanked separately. This product not only ensures the cutting accuracy of long finished workpieces, but also realizes zero tailing cutting and solves the problem of automatic blanking of finished workpieces.
