重载汽车异型前轴批量锻造工艺分析

摘　　要：分析了前轴锤上模锻、热模锻、成形辊锻以及精密辊锻+整体模锻工艺方法及特点,基于项目对绿色、智能、高效的工艺要求,提出了重载汽车异型前轴电动螺旋压力机模锻工艺,并对该工艺条件下关键主机装备特点进行了详细分析,对汽车前轴锻造工艺设计具有较大参考意义。The process and characteristics of die forging by hammer, by hot die forging press, by roll forging press, and by precision roll forging press + integral die forging press is analyzed;based on the green, intelligent and high efficient requirement the project, the die forging process of the electric screw press for the special-shaped Front axle of heavy-duty truck is put forward, and the characteristics of the key main equipment under the process condition are analyzed in detail, which is of great reference to the forging process design of the front axle of truck.
