摘　　要：近年来,随着我国宏观经济社会发展,人们的物质生活条件大幅改善,并由此迸发出更加强烈的精神需求,推动着文化事业发展。城市社区文化作为我国现代文化体系的重要组成,扎根于基层,发挥了重要的凝聚、导引等作用。但事实上,相比于我国高速发展的城市化进程,城市社区文化建设仍处于起步阶段,表现出了一定的滞后性,难以满足社区居民对多样化精神文化生活的强烈期盼。为此,要在做好城市建设的同时,注重社区文化建设工作的开展,始终坚持社会主义核心价值观在城市社区文化建设工作中引领作用的发挥。In recent years,with the development of China’s macroeconomic society,people’s material living conditions have been greatly improved,and thus burst out a more intense spiritual needs,promoting the development of cultural under­takings.As an important component of China’s modern cultural system,urban community culture is rooted in the grassroots and plays an important role of cohesion and guidance.But in fact,compared with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the construction of urban community culture is still in its initial stage,showing a certain lag.It is difficult to meet the strong expectation of community residents for diversified spiritual and cultural life.Therefore,we should pay attention to the development of community cultural construction while doing a good job in urban construction,always adhere to the leading role of socialist core values in the cultural construction of urban communities.
