摘  要:长治1000 kV变电站配套电厂1000 kV送出工程是长治—南阳—荆门1000 kV特高压输电工程重要配套电源项目。由于工程建设时序的需要,需在赵庄电厂外将两回线路短接以设置临时过渡方案,以满足高河电厂先行送电需求。常规短接方案电厂停电时间长,重复进场施工造成协调难度极大,不利于工程建设。通过在赵庄电厂外双回路终端塔上加装T型跳线横担,实现了两回线路导线短接,经三维仿真校验,电气距离均满足规程规范要求。The 1000 kV transmission project of Changzhi 1000 kV substation supporting power plant is an important supporting power supply project of Changzhi-Nanyang-Jingmen 1000 kV UHV transmission project.Due to the timing requirement of the project construction,it is necessary to short-circuit the two circuits outside the Zhaozhuang Power Plant to set up a temporary transition plan,so as to meet the demand of advanced power transmission of Gaohe Power Plant.The power outage time of conventional short-circuit scheme is long and repeated construction on site causes great difficulty in coordination,which is not good for engineering construction.By adding T-type jumper cross-arm to double-circuit terminal tower outside Zhaozhuang Power Plant,short connection of two-circuit wire is realized.It is verified by 3-D simulation that the electrical distance meets the requirements of the procedures and regulations.
