摘 要:介绍了凝结水泵变频调速和永磁调速的原理,以某600 MW机组为研究对象,对凝结水泵的工频运行方式、永磁调速运行方式和变频运行方式进行了经济性对比,得出凝结水泵在工频、变频、永磁调速运行方式下的功率、流量及单位比耗功的差别,对电厂凝结水泵改造有一定的参考意义。The principle of variable frequency speed regulation and permanent magnet speed regulation of condensate pumps is introduced.Taking a 600 MW unit as the research object,the economic comparison of power frequency operation mode,permanent magnet speed regulation operation mode and variable frequency operation mode of condensate pump is carried out.The differences of power,flow and specific power consumption per unit under the operation modes of power frequency,variable frequency and permanent magnet speed regulation of the condensate pump are obtained,which has certain reference significance for the retrofit of condensate pumps in power plants.
