摘  要:对某电厂间接空冷循环水水质异常现象进行了详细分析,综合比较了目前常用的间接空冷循环水水质调整方式的优缺点,通过采用过滤+精除盐旁流处理工艺,彻底解决了间接空冷循环水品质差对系统铝材质腐蚀的安全隐患,并有效地将间接空冷水水质控制在pH=6.7~8.0、ρ(SiO_(2))≤10 g/L、导电率≤2.0μS/cm、ρ(Al^(3+))≤8μg/L、ρ(悬浮物)≤5 mg/L的标准范围内,保证了机组的长期安全稳定运行。The abnormal water quality of indirect air-cooling circulating water in a power plant is analyzed in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used water quality adjustment methods are compared comprehensively,and filtration+fine desalination by-flow treatment is proposed.Thus,the hidden danger of aluminum corrosion in the system caused by poor quality of indirect air-cooling circulating water is completely solved,and the water quality of indirect air-cooling circulating water is effectively controlled within the standard range of pH=6.7~8.0,ρ(SiO_(2))≤10 g/L,SC≤2.0μS/cm,ρ(Al^(3+))≤8 g/L,ρ(SS)≤5 mg/L,which ensures the long-term safe and stable operation of the units.
