摘　　要：随着智能变电站模块化建设推进,罐式多断口真空断路器成为发展趋势。为解决罐式多断口真空断路器结构紧凑、内部均压配置空间不足的问题,提出了基于环形陶瓷电容器和外部均压屏蔽罩固封集成的40.5k V一体化自均压真空灭弧室新结构,对其结构组成和工作原理进行了分析。采用COMSOL软件建立了一体化自均压真空灭弧室的三维电场模型,计算得到真空灭弧室内部、外部、沿面电场分布情况,对比分析得到一体化新结构与商用真空灭弧室的区别,对外部均压屏蔽罩结构尺寸、环氧固封厚度、陶瓷电容器参数、外部均压屏蔽罩与陶瓷电容器连接方式等部件进行了优化,确定串联用一体化自均压真空灭弧室结构配置方案,并进行了罐式串联方式的均压效果验证。研究表明:一体化自均压真空灭弧室可改善电场分布,提高外部绝缘强度,构建的灭弧室均压电容范围为800~1200 pF,可满足主屏蔽罩和断口间均压需求,为一体化自均压真空灭弧室工程应用提供设计依据。With the modular construction of intelligent substation,the tank type multi-break vacuum circuit breaker(TMVCB)has become a development trend.In order to solve the problems of compact structure and insufficient space of internal equalizing voltage configuration of TMVCB,this paper proposes a new structure of 40.5 k V integrated self-sharing vacuum interrupter(ISVI)based on the ring ceramic capacitor(RCC)and external grading field shield(EGFS).Its structure composition and working principle are analyzed.The 3D electrical model of ISVI is established by using the COMSOL software.The difference between the ISVI and commercial vacuum interrupter is obtained by comparative analysis.The structure size of EGFS,epoxy sealing thickness,RCC parameters,connection mode of EGFS and RCC are optimized.Moreover,the configuration scheme of the ISVI is proposed,and the equalizing effect of tank type series connection is verified.The results show that the ISVI can improve the electric field distribution and the external insulation strength,and the voltage equalizing capacitance of ISVI is about 800~1200 pF,which can meet the requirements of voltage equalizing between the main shield and the fracture.The paper provides the design basis for the engineering application of the integrated self-sharing vacuum interrupter.
