摘 要:随着复合绝缘子的广泛使用,深入探究复合绝缘子的积污机理可为复合绝缘子的选型、运维提供科学的理论指导依据。该文将试验获得的微米级颗粒与电工硅橡胶碰撞反弹运动的半经验数学表达形式与电场、流场仿真相结合,建立了复合绝缘子的表面颗粒碰撞捕集模型。同时,基于荷电积污平台,构建了理想的积污环境,通过污秽分布与可视化对比验证了该模型的有效性。研究表明:绝缘子表面的污秽沉积受物理场分布、绝缘子结构、碰撞颗粒属性综合作用的影响。复合绝缘子的上表面迎风侧芯棒前端与气流沿芯棒在背风面的切线方向为颗粒滞留区,下表面芯棒的前后侧为颗粒滞留区。该模型具有可靠的物理基础与试验基础,能够更精细地展示复合绝缘子积污信息。该模型可用于未来复合绝缘子的选型与优化工作。With the wide use of composite insulators,in-depth exploration of the contamination mechanism of composite insulators can provide scientific theoretical guidance for the selection,operation and maintenance of composite insulators.In this paper,the semi empirical mathematical expression of the collision rebound motion between micron particles and electrical silicone rubber is combined with the simulation of electric field and flow field,and the macro fouling model of composite insulators is established.At the same time,based on the charged pollution accumulation platform,an ideal pollution accumulation environment is constructed.The effectiveness of the model is verified by the comparison of pollution distribution and visualization.The results show that the pollution deposition morphology on the insulator surface is affected by the comprehensive action of physical field distribution and collision particle properties.Affected by the composite insulator structure,the tangential direction between the front end of the windward side mandrel on the upper surface of the insulator and the leeward side mandrel is the particle retention zone,and the front and rear sides of the lower surface mandrel are the particle retention zone.The model has reliable physical and experimental bases,and can display the pollution accumulation information of composite insulators more finely.This model can be used for the selection and optimization of composite insulators in the future.
