摘 要:在独立微电网中为了充分利用可再生能源,降低微型燃气轮机的调节频次,提出结合动态回馈修正与虚拟超限惩罚进行协调优化调度的方法。短期调度中对各单元运行状态及调节能力进行超前预测,通过动态回馈修正避免微型燃气轮机频繁启停或长时间运行在低功率状态,进而优化其他设备的输出功率以实现系统运维成本最小化。超短期调度围绕短期调度结果调节,为了增加可再生能源利用率,对出现的弃风现象进行惩罚。通过虚拟超限惩罚方式选择微型燃气轮机或蓄电池进行超限功率补偿。仿真结果表明,提出的多时间尺度协调优化调度方法能够减少微型燃气轮机启动次数及运行时间,提高可再生能源的利用效率,降低独立微电网运行成本。In order to make the best use of renewable energy and reduce the frequency of adjustment of the micro gas turbine in stand-alone micro-grid,this paper proposes a novel method of coordinated optimal scheduling based on combined dynamic feedback correction and virtual penalty for exceeding limit.The operating status and adjustment capability of each unit are predicted in advance for short-term scheduling,and a dynamic feedback correction method is suggested to prevent the micro gas turbine frequently changing between start and stop state as well as long-term operation with low power.The power output of other devices is also optimized to minimize the operation and maintenance costs of the micro-grid.The ultra-short-term scheduling is adjusted around the short-term scheduling results,and the wind power curtailment is penalized in order to increase the utilization of renewable energy.A regulation of virtual penalty for exceeding limit power is used to select the micro gas turbine or the battery for compensating exceeded limit power.The simulation results indicate that the proposed method of dynamic optimal scheduling with multi-time levels in this paper can be adopted to reduce the number of start-up and operating time of the micro gas turbine and to increase the utilization efficiency of renewable energy as well as cut down the operation cost of the stand-alone micro-grid.
