摘 要:针对肿瘤消融的应用需求,研制了基于推挽电路的全固态双极性长脉宽单级LTD模块。其原边采用4路推挽电路,并加入双向短路匝与RCD缓冲电路,可输出前沿快、脉宽覆盖数百纳秒到数微秒范围的双极性方波脉冲。采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)产生驱动信号,该信号通过电光–光纤–光电转换进行隔离后输送至驱动芯片,驱动MOSFET开关动作。实验结果表明:所研制的单级LTD模块可输出重复频率达0.5 kHz的双极性方波脉冲,当输出百纳秒脉冲时,脉宽在300~1000 ns范围内可调,输出电压幅值500 V,输出脉冲前沿约13 ns;当输出微秒脉冲时,脉宽在1~8μs范围内可调,输出电压幅值为250 V,最大平顶降<5%,后沿反向过冲幅值约15%。可以通过多模块叠加提高其输出电压。To meet the requirements of tumor ablation,a solid-state single linear transformer driver(LTD)module has been developed based on push-pull circuit.The single LTD module has four push-pull branches on its primary side and a short-circuit branch with RCD snubber,and it can output bipolar rectangular pulses with short rise time and with pulse width ranging from hundreds of nanoseconds to several microseconds.FPGA is used to generate the signals to drive the MOSFET switches,which are isolated by photoelectric conversion.The single LTD module is tested.The experimental results show the bipolar rectangular pulse is achieved successfully,and the repetitive frequency is up to 0.5 k Hz.The pulse width can be adjusted flexibly from 300 ns to1000 ns under 500 V,and the rise time is about 13 ns.When the pulse width is achieved from 1μs to 8μs under 250 V,the maximum flat top drop of waveform is less than 5%and the magnitude of back edge overshoot is about 15%.At the same time,by adding the LTD module one by one,higher voltage can be easily realized.
