摘 要:利用透射电子显微镜的选区电子衍射技术表征了Ti-4.5Al-6.5Mo-2.6Nb-1Sn-2Cr (质量分数,%)合金中时效析出的亚稳过渡相与基体之间的位向关系,详细介绍了表征两相位向关系的具体方法,分别讨论了验证已知位向关系和求解未知位向关系两类命题的解决方案。通过借助不同倒易点阵面之间的交线和夹角,正确地标定亚稳过渡相和基体复合电子衍射花样,成功解析出两相之间的位向关系。这一基于电子衍射花样解析亚稳过渡相与基体之间位向关系的方法,不仅适用于Ti合金,而且适用于分析其他合金系晶体间的位向关系。The orientation relationship between the precipitated metastable transition phase and β phase in Ti-4.5Al-6.5Mo-2.6Nb-1Sn-2Cr(wt%) alloy was characterized by the selected-area electron diffraction technique of transmission electron microscopy. This work introduces in detail a universal method for characterizing the two-phase orientation relationship. In this proposed method, two types of propositions for verifying the known orientation relationship and solving the unknown orientation relationship were discussed. Under the constraints of intersection lines and angles between different reciprocal lattice planes, the in situ diffraction patterns of the metastable transition phase and β phase are indexed,the orientation relationship between the two phases is successfully analyzed. The method of analyzing the orientation relationship between the metastable transition phase and β phase based on the electron diffraction pattern is applicable not only to Ti alloy but also the orientation relationship between other alloy systems.
