摘 要:为了探究微波辐照对铬鞣过程的影响,以I型胶原蛋白溶液和33%碱度的硫酸铬鞣液为反应物进行均相铬鞣反应,以微波辐照加热鞣制为实验样,相同条件下水浴加热为对照样,利用pH计、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis),动态光散射(DLS)和超灵敏差示量热扫描仪(VP-DSC)对反应过程进行表征。实验结果表明,微波辐照进一步加速了胶原蛋白与铬的反应速度并使反应更彻底,鞣制后胶原蛋白的粒径更大、热稳定性更好。说明微波辐照在铬鞣过程中既具有热效应又具有非热效应,将为开发快速、清洁化铬鞣工艺提供新的选择。In order to investigate the influence of microwave irradiation on chrome tanning process, the homogeneous chrome tanning reaction between type I collagen and chromium sulphate tanning liquor with 33% basicity is heated by microwave irradiation as experimental sample and heated by water bath under corresponding conditions as control. The reaction processes are determined by pH meter, UV-Visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis), dynamic light scattering(DLS) and ultra-sensitive differential calorimetry(VP-DSC). The experimental results show that microwave irradiation further accelerates the reaction rate of collagen and chromium sulphate, makes the reaction more thorough, and the particle size of collagen after tanning is larger and the thermal stability is better. It shows that microwave irradiation has both thermal and non thermal effects in the chrome tanning process, which will provide a new choice for the development for rapid and cleaner chrome tanning technology.
