摘　　要：针对高校实验室准入机制中存在的问题,结合实验室安全管理实际,提出了实验室安全管理全口径准入机制,即依托信息化平台,从条件准入、人员准入、材料准入、设备准入和项目准入5个方面构建实验室安全管理全口径准入体系,以实现数据交互和资源共享、安全准入全流程闭环管理以及监管过程中的责任追溯,从而精准预判与管控实验室安全风险。In view of the problems existing in the university access mechanism, and combined with the practice of laboratory safety management, this paper puts forward the full caliber access mechanism of laboratory safety, that is, relying on the information platform, build the full caliber access system of laboratory safety management from five aspects such as the condition access, personnel access, material access, equipment access and project access,so as to realize data interaction, resource sharing closed loop management of the whole process of safety access and responsibility traceability in the supervision process, so as to accurately predict and control laboratory safety risks.
