摘 要:为研究接缝传荷能力对路面力学响应的影响规律,文中建立了三维刚柔复合式路面结构模型,分析了不同参量变化时,水泥板受荷板、非受荷板处的应力及应力传荷系数、弯沉及弯沉传荷系数的变化规律,研究了基准模型下,不同弹簧刚度对水泥混凝土板接缝传荷能力的影响.结果表明:各参数对应力传荷系数的重要程度排序依次为:沥青层厚度>沥青层模量>水泥板模量>水泥板厚度>地基反应模量>层间摩擦系数;对弯沉传荷系数的重要程度排序依次为:地基反应模量>沥青层厚度>沥青层模量>水泥板模量>水泥板厚度>层间摩擦系数.弯沉差随弹簧刚度的变化呈S型曲线变化,拐点出现在lg q=6和lg q=9的位置.刚柔复合式路面板的接缝传荷处控制指标为:弯沉差小于0.02 mm时,路面结构的接缝传荷能力存在轻微损伤,可不采取相关处治措施;弯沉差小于0.065 mm时,路面结构的接缝传荷能力严重降低,必须尽快处理.In order to study the influence law of joint load-carrying capacity on pavement mechanical response,a three-dimensional rigid-flexible composite pavement structure model was established,and the variation law of stress and stress load-carrying coefficient,deflection and deflection load-carrying coefficient at the load-carrying plate and non-load-carrying plate of cement slab was analyzed when different parameters change.The influence of different spring stiffness on the load transfer capacity of cement concrete slab joints under the benchmark model was studied.The results show that the order of importance of each parameter to stress load transfer coefficient is:asphalt layer thickness>asphalt layer modulus>cement board modulus>cement board thickness>foundation reaction modulus>interlayer friction coefficient.The order of importance of deflection load transfer coefficient is:foundation response modulus>asphalt layer thickness>asphalt layer modulus>cement board modulus>cement board thickness>interlayer friction coefficient.The deflection varies with the change of spring stiffness in an S-shaped curve,and the inflection points appear at lg q=6 and lg q=9.The control index of the joint load transfer of rigid-flexible composite pavement slab is:when the deflection difference is less than 0.02 mm,the joint load transfer capacity of pavement structure is slightly damaged,so no relevant treatment measures should be taken.When the deflection difference is less than 0.065 mm,the joint load transfer capacity of pavement structure is seriously reduced,which must be dealt with as soon as possible.
