摘  要:本试验旨在研究妊娠-泌乳期巴马香猪肠道菌群结构组成与多样性的变化。选用3~7胎次妊娠巴马香猪16头,分别于妊娠第30、60和90天以及泌乳第14天,取母猪新鲜粪便样品,用于粪便菌群16S rDNA测序。结果表明:与妊娠第30天相比,妊娠第60天粪便菌群Simpson和Shannon指数显著降低(P<0.05),碳水化合物代谢通路和聚糖生物合成与代谢通路相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05);泌乳第14天粪便菌群苏黎世杆菌属(Turicibacter)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),颤螺菌属(Oscillospira)和多尔氏菌属(Dorea)相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。与妊娠第60天相比,泌乳第14天粪便菌群乳酸菌属(Lactobacillus)相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),碳水化合物代谢通路、聚糖生物合成和代谢通路和核苷酸代谢通路相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。与妊娠第90天相比,泌乳第14天粪便菌群Chao1和ACE指数显著降低(P<0.05),厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、螺旋体门(Spirochaetes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和考拉杆菌属(Phascolarctobacterium)相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、密螺旋体属(Treponema)和罗斯氏菌属(Roseburia)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。与妊娠第30、60和90天相比,泌乳第14天粪便菌群蓝藻菌门(Cyanobacteria)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),布雷德菌属(Bulleidia)相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。由此可见,不同妊娠-泌乳期巴马香猪肠道菌群结构组成和多样性发生不同变化,妊娠中期母猪粪便菌群拟杆菌门和密螺旋体属相对丰度较高,碳水化合物代谢通路和核苷酸代谢通路上调,以满足母体自身营养需要和胎儿生长发育需要。The present study was conducted to determine the changes of gut microbiota structural composition and diversity of Bama-mini pigs during pregnancy and lactation stage.Sixteen pregnant Bama-mini pigs with 3 to 7 parities were selected,and the fresh fecal samples were collected from sows on days 30,60 and 90 of pregnancy and day 14 of lactation for fecal microbiota 16S rDNA sequencing.The results showed that compared with day 30 of pregnancy,the Simpson and Shannon indices of fecal microbiota on day 60 of pregnancy were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the carbohydrate metabolic pathway and glycan biosynthesis and metabolic pathway relative abundances were significantly increased(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Turicibacter of fecal microbiota on day 14 of lactation was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the Oscillospira and Dorea relative abundances were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with day 60 of pregnancy,the relative abundance of Lactobacillus of fecal microbiota on day 14 of lactation was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the carbohydrate metabolic pathway,glycan biosynthesis and metabolic pathway,and nucleotide metabolic pathway relative abundances were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with day 90 of pregnancy,the Chao1 and ACE indices of fecal microbiota on day 14 of lactation were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the relative abundances of Firmicutes,Spirochaetes,Proteobacteria and Phascolarctobacterium were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative abundances of Bacteroidetes,Treponema and Roseburia were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with days 30,60 and 90 of pregnancy,the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria of fecal microbiota on day 14 of lactation was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the Bulleidia relative abundance was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the gut microbiota structural composition and diversity of Bama-mini pigs are change during different pregnancy and lactation stage,the relative abundances of fecal microbiota Bacteroides and Tr
