摘  要:本试验旨在利用套算法估测肉用羊玉米净能值的可行性,并明确待测玉米适宜的替代比例。试验选取24只体重为(38.39±4.02)kg的杜泊×小尾寒杂交母羊,采用完全随机设计,分为4个组(每组6只羊),分别饲喂1种基础饲粮(基础饲粮组)和3种不同玉米替代比例(20%、30%和40%)的试验饲粮(试验组),其玉米含量分别是27.53%(基础饲粮组)、42.19%(20%组)、49.46%(30%组)和56.70%(40%组)。利用消化代谢和呼吸测热试验测定饲粮消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)和净能(NE),结合套算法计算玉米的DE、ME和NE。结果表明:1)各组饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率之间无显著差异(P>0.05),30%组饲粮干物质(DM)和有机物(OM)表观消化率均极显著高于20%组(P<0.01),30%组饲粮中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著高于40%组(P<0.05);各组饲粮DE、ME和NE无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各试验组玉米OM和CP表观消化率之间无显著差异(P>0.05);30%组玉米DM表观消化率极显著高于20%组和40%组(P<0.01);20%组和30%组玉米NDF表观消化率极显著高于40%组(P<0.01);各试验组玉米DE和ME无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)套算法计算所得20%组和30%组玉米NE分别为12.25和10.17 MJ/kg,差异不显著(P>0.05);40%组玉米NE为5.51 MJ/kg,极显著低于20%组和30%组(P<0.01)。由此可知,肉羊饲粮中玉米替代比例不同时所测得的玉米有效能值有差异,且肉羊饲粮中玉米含量不宜超过50%;套算法用于估测肉羊玉米NE可行,本试验条件下适宜的替代比例为20%~30%。This experiment was conducted to research if it was available to evaluate the net energy value of corn with substitution method in mutton ewes and to clarify the appropriate substitution ratio of corn in diet.Twenty-four Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred ewes with body weight of(38.39±4.02)kg were randomly assigned into 4 groups that included 1 basal diet(basal diet group)and 3 experimental diets(experimental groups)with different substitutional proportions(20%,30%and 40%)of corn,and 6 ewes per group.The contents of corn in 4 groups were 27.53%(basal diet group),42.19%(20%group),49.46%(30%group)and 56.70%(40%group),respectively.The digestible energy(DE),metabolizable energy(ME)and net energy(NE)of diets were determined by digestibility and respiratory trials and DE,ME and NE of corn were estimated by substitution method.The results showed as follows:1)there was no significant difference among all groups in crude protein(CP)apparent digestibility(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM)and organic matter(OM)of diets in 30%group were extremely significantly higher than that in 20%group(P<0.01).The neutral detergent fiber(NDF)apparent digestibility of diets in 30%group was significantly higher than that in 40%group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in DE,ME and NE of diets among all groups(P>0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of OM and CP of corn among all experimental groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The DM apparent digestibility of corn in 30%group was extremely significantly higher than that in 20%and 40%groups(P<0.01).The NDF apparent digestibility of corn in 20%and 30%groups was extremely significantly higher than that in 40%group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in DE and ME of corn among all experimental groups(P>0.05).3)The NE of corn in 20%and 30%groups was 12.25 and 10.17 MJ/kg,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).While the NE of corn in 40%group was 5.51 MJ/kg,which was extremely significantly lower than that in 20%and 30%groups(P<0.01).As c
