摘 要:对高纯铝箔进行成品退火处理,研究了500℃下不同退火时间对其织构、取向、晶粒尺寸、抗拉强度及延伸率的影响。结果表明,退火12 h、15 h、18 h和21 h后,立方织构含量分别为97.4%、98.8%、99.1%和99.3%,R织构几乎检测不到,最佳退火时间为15 h。4组退火时间的取向差皆主要分布在15°以内,随着退火时间的增加,多处大角度对应含量从0.01%~0.13%变成0%,15°以内的百分比含量总和呈现略微增加的趋势。随着退火时间的增加,50μm尺寸以下的晶粒含量迅速减小,50~150μm尺寸的晶粒含量明显增加,而150μm尺寸以上的晶粒含量变化不大。4组退火时间的抗拉强度为28~29 MPa向,延伸率在5.5%~6.5%之间,抗拉强度和延伸率皆随着退火时间的增加而降低。Final annealing treatment was performed on high-purity aluminum foil,and the effect of different annealing times at 500℃on texture,orientation,grain size,tensile strength and elongation were studied.The results show that after annealing for 12 h,15 h,18 h,and 21 h,the cube texture content is 97.4%,98.8%,99.1%and 99.3%respectively,the R texture is almost undetectable,and the best annealing time is 15 h.The misorientation angle of the four sets of annealing time is mainly distributed within 15°.With the increase of annealing time,the corresponding content of many large angles changes from 0.01%~0.13%to 0%,and the sum of the percentage content within 15°shows a slight increase trend.With the increase of annealing time,the content of grains with a size of 50μm or less decreased rapidly,and the content of grains with a size of 50~150μm increased significantly,while the content of grains with a size of 150μm and above did not change much.The tensile strength of the four sets of annealing time is 28~29MPa,and the elongation is 5.5%~6.5%.Both the tensile strength and elongation decrease with the increase of annealing time.
