摘　　要：目的通过文献分析了解国内近10年癌症患者心理弹性研究的现状,探索其研究热点及发展趋势,为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。方法在中国知网中检索2010—2019年发表的癌症患者心理弹性相关文献,对发文量、发文作者、发文机构、发文内容等进行文献计量统计和聚类分析。结果共纳入相关文献243篇。2010—2019年,癌症患者心理弹性相关文献发文量呈较快增长趋势;发文量2篇以上的机构共33个;被引次数前10位的文献主要发表于《中华护理杂志》《护理学杂志》及《护理研究》等权威或核心期刊上;除去心理弹性和心理韧性2个词条外,排名前5的高频关键词为乳腺癌、影响因素、化疗、应对方式、生活质量;相关高频关键词共形成8个聚类,包括恶性肿瘤、乳腺癌、弹性、相关性研究、亲密关系、心境、人格、肿瘤;突现强度高于1的关键词有肿瘤、癌症患者、护理、韧性、乳腺肿瘤及人格。结论癌症患者心理弹性研究主要聚焦于乳腺癌患者。随着研究的深入和推进,癌症患者心理弹性的干预策略制订和实施、其他类型癌症患者的心理弹性研究是当前癌症患者心理弹性研究的热点。ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of resilience research of cancer patients in recent 10years in China through literature analysis and explore the hotspots and trends of the research,providing a reference for further relevant research.MethodsThe CNKI was retrieved for the articles about the resilience of cancer patients published from 2010 to 2019.Then,bibliometric statistics and cluster analysis were performed on the number of articles issued,authors of the articles issued,institutions of the articles issued,and contents of the articles issued using CiteSpace software.ResultsA total of 243relevant articles were included.From 2010 to 2019,the number of articles issued related to the resilience of cancer patients showed a rapid growth trend;a total of 33 institutions issued more than 2 articles;the top 10 most cited articles were mainly published in authoritative or core journals such as Chinese Journal of Nursing,Journal of Nursing Science and Chinese Nursing Research;in addition to resilience and psychological resilience,the top 5 high-frequency keywords were breast cancer,influencing factor,chemotherapy,coping style,and quality of life.The relevant high-frequency keywords were grouped into8 clusters,including malignant tumor,breast cancer,resilience,correlation study,intimate relationship,mood,personality,and tumor;keywords with outburst intensity higher than 1 were tumor,cancer patient,nursing,resilience,breast tumor,and personality.ConclusionThe resilience research of cancer patients is more focused on breast cancer patients.With the deepening and advancement of resilience research,interventions for the resilience of cancer patients,and the resilience of patients with other types of cancer are the current hotspots of resilience research of cancer patients.
