摘  要:BIM技术实际的价值莫过于经济量化,综合建筑材料的单价与用量来比对,钢筋原材的造价在建筑材料中占了重要的部分,精确把控好钢筋材料的消耗量对建设工程项目的重要性不言而喻。针对综合管廊的图纸设计特点与钢筋工程调整计算困难的情况,以雄安新区容东AF社区2标段综合管廊工程为例,使用国内应用最为广泛的BIM电算软件,通过对该BIM电算软件原有匹配房建项目的基本功能、方法进行组合与创新,搭建出综合管廊图纸特征快速分析及识别实施框架;此外绘制出原有建模方法无法完成的综合管廊的加腋角钢筋、筏板加强筋、混凝土墙体转角水平附加筋等BIM模型,汇总计算得到综合管廊工程所需的钢筋工程量,用以解决当前综合管廊工程在异形构件、特殊节点无法建模及出量的难题,使钢筋采购量得到了精准把控,真正实现了项目的降本增效。The actual value of BIM Technology is nothing more than economic quantification. Compared with the unit price and consumption of building materials, reinforcement raw materials are undoubtedly the most expensive of all building materials, therefore, the importance of accurately controlling the consumption of reinforcement materials for construction projects is self-evident. In view of the drawing design characteristics of the comprehensive pipe gallery and the difficulties in the adjustment and calculation of reinforcement engineering, taking the comprehensive pipe gallery project of bid section 2 of Rongdong AF community in xiong’an New Area as an example, the BIM computer software, which is the most widely used in China, is used to combine and innovate the basic functions and methods of the original BIM computer software matching the housing construction project, set up the implementation framework of rapid analysis and identification of drawing features of comprehensive pipe gallery;in addition, BIM models such as haunch angle reinforcement, raft stiffener and horizontal additional reinforcement at the corner of concrete wall, which cannot be completed by the original modeling method, are drawn, and the reinforcement quantities required for the comprehensive pipe gallery project are summarized and calculated,so as to solve the problems that the current comprehensive pipe gallery project cannot be modeled and measured at abnormal components and special nodes, and realize the accurate control of reinforcement procurement, the precise control of reinforcement procurement volume has been realized, and the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the project have been truly realized.
