摘 要:为提高王道泵站泵装置的效率和运行稳定性,本文通过CFD软件对不同流道设计方案的流态进行模拟计算,根据模拟计算结果评价、比选流道方案。模拟计算结果较好地揭示了不同方案泵装置的外特性及内流性能,通过对比可以发现:经优化后的泵装置进、出水流道无漩涡、脱流等不良流态;水泵叶轮进口断面流速均匀度经优化后达96.45%,流速加权平均角达86.87°;泵装置水头损失较小且仅为0.419 m,装置水力效率高达78.1%。经优化后的泵装置效率高、运行稳定性好,各项水力性能指标均达到同类型国内泵站的先进水平,优化过程可以为同类型泵站的设计选型提供参考和指导。In order to improve the efficiency and operational stability of the pumping equipment of the Wangdao Pumping Station, we use three-dimensional turbulence numerical simulation technology to carry out numerical simulation calculations for each scheme. Evaluate, compare and select design schemes based on simulation calculation results. The calculation results better reveal the external characteristics and internal flow performance of different schemes of the pump devices. It can be found that the inlet and outlet flow passages of the optimized pump device have no bad flow patterns such as vortex and flow off. The uniformity of the flow velocity at the inlet section of the impeller of the pump is optimized to reach 96.45%, and the weighted average angle of the flow velocity reaches 86.87°. The head loss of the pump device is small with only 0.419 m, and the hydraulic efficiency of the device is as high as 78.1%. The optimized pump device has high efficiency and good operating stability, and all hydraulic performance indexes of the optimized pump unit have reached the advanced level of the same type of domestic pumping station. The optimization process provides reference and guidance for the design and selection of the same type of pumping station.
