摘 要:为准确分析现状雨水管网健康状态,提出一种雨水管网健康度评价方法。该方法基于水力模型模拟结果与管网测绘数据构建了包含排水能力指标与工程属性指标的多层次评价指标体系,运用改进层次分析法(AHP)对指标赋权,利用逼近理想排序法(TOPSIS)进行信息融合,进而评价雨水管网健康度。以北京某区域为实例进行管网健康度评价,研究结果表明:该区域管网的排水能力得分为0.46,工程属性得分为0.97,综合健康度为0.61,综合健康度等级为“中等”。管网健康度等级分布与内涝积水风险叠加分析发现积水位置均位于健康度较低的管道附近,验证了方法的合理性。该方法不仅可以评价区域管网综合健康度,还可获得每根管道的健康度。在实际工程中,可分别从排水能力和工程属性两个角度针对等级较低的管网优先养护和改造,提升雨水管网运维与改造的效率。In order to accurately analyze the health status of rainwater pipe network, a method for evaluating the health degree of rainwater pipe network is proposed herein. Based on the simulation results of the relevant hydraulic model and surveying data of the pipe network, a multi-level evaluation index system including drainage capacity index and engineering attribute index is established, and then the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to weight the indexes, while the method of TOPSIS is used to fuse the relevant information, so as to evaluate the health degree of the rainwater pipe network. Trough taking an area in Beijing as a study case, a health degree evaluation is made, from which the result shows that the score of the drainage capacity of the regional pipe network is 0.46 with the score of 0.97 for the engineering attribute, while the comprehensive health degree is 0.61 with the comprehensive health degree of medium. Through the overlay analysis made on the grade of the health degree distribution of the pipe network and the waterlogging risk, it is found out that all the waterlogging locations are located near the pipelines with lower health degree, thus the reasonability of the method is verified. This method can not only evaluate the comprehensive health degree of the relevant pipe network, but can also obtain the health degree of each pipeline. In the actual project, the pipelines with lower health degree can be preferentially maintained and improved from the perspective of drainage capacity and engineering attributes respectively for enhancing the efficiencies of the operation, maintenance and improvement of the rainwater pipe network with lower health degree.
