加服复方天麻颗粒治疗急性脑梗死风痰阻络证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方天麻颗粒联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死风痰阻络证的临床疗效。方法:选取急性脑梗死风痰阻络证患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予改善脑循环、促进脑代谢、抗血小板聚集等对症支持常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服复方天麻颗粒。两组均连续治疗4周。观察临床疗效及治疗前后超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化。结果:对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组为95.00%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前血hs-CRP、D-Dimer、Hcy水平较正常值均明显升高(P<0.05),两组治疗后血hs-CRP、D-Dimer、Hcy水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合复方天麻颗粒治疗急性脑梗死风痰阻络证具有较好疗效,并能降低患者血hs-CRP、D-Dimer、Hcy水平,无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Tianma granule combined with routine treat⁃ment of acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The symptomatic and supportive conventional treat⁃ments such as improving cerebral circulation,promoting cerebral metabolism,and anti-platelet aggregation were given to the control group,while the extra compound Tianma granules on the basis of the control group was given to the treat⁃ment group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the changes of serum highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),D-dimer(D-Dimer)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels were observedbefore and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the control group was 80.00%,and that in the treatment group was 95.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,D-Dimer and Hcy in the blood of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the blood levels of hs-CRP,D-Dimer and Hcy in the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Con⁃ventional therapy combined with compound Tianma granules hasgood curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome,and can reduce the blood levels of hs-CRP,D-Dimer and Hcy in patients without obvious adverse reactions.
