区域生态脆弱性与贫困的耦合关系——基于四川藏区32个县(市)的分析

摘　　要：以四川藏区32个县(市)为研究对象,基于遥感数据和社会统计数据,运用SPR模型、熵值法等测算生态脆弱度、贫困度,以及二者的耦合协调度,深入探究区域生态脆弱性与贫困的耦合关系。研究表明:区域整体生态脆弱程度和多维贫困的耦合程度较高,贫困深受区域生态脆弱性的影响。从耦合协调度测算结果来看,四川藏区各个县(市)之间呈现较大差异,多维贫困程度深的区域受生态脆弱性影响较大;从耦合差异结果来看,四川藏区仅有一个县(市)处于同步型,近一半的县(市)都处于经济滞后型;四川藏区整体生态脆弱性程度较高,大部分县(市)都处于平均水平以上;从位置上来看,四川藏区无论是生态脆弱性还是多维贫困程度西部地区均高于东部地区。在未来的发展中,四川藏区各县(市)要因地制宜发展经济,实现生态环境保护与减贫的同步推进。Based on remote sensing data and social statistics,this paper used SPR model and entropy method to calculate ecological vulnerability and poverty degree and their coupling coordination degree,and deeply explored the coupling relationship between regional ecological vulnerability and poverty.The results show that the coupling degree of regional overall ecological fragility and multidimensional poverty is high,and poverty is deeply affected by regional ecological fragility.The results of coupling coordination degree show that there are great differences among all counties(cities)in Tibetan Ethnic areas in Sichuan province,and the areas with deep multidimensional poverty degree are more affected by ecological vulnerability.From the results of coupling difference,only one county(city)is in the synchronous type,and nearly half of the counties(cities)are in the economic lagging type.The overall ecological vulnerability of Tibetan Ethnic areas in Sichuan is high,with most counties(cities)above the average level.In terms of location,both ecological vulnerability and multidimensional poverty degree in western region of Tibetan Ethnic areas in Sichuan are higher than those in eastern region.In future development,all counties(cities)in Tibetan Ethnic areas in Sichuan should develop their economy in accordance with local conditions,and realize simultaneous progress in ecological environmental protection and poverty reduction.
