摘 要:在目前的地质标准中,Se的测定采用不同的前处理方式,在实际操作中存在操作程序繁杂、分析周期长的缺点。本文优化了地质样品前处理过程,通过王水水浴浸提样品,实现对Se的准确测定,同时讨论了Fe3+、浓盐酸、Fe3+-浓盐酸等处理方式对测定结果的去除干扰效果,确定了最佳的去干扰方法。该法测定Se的检出限分别为0.0083μg/g。准确度(△logC)为-0.041~0.054,精密度(RSD%)小于10,其检出限、准确度和精密度均达到行业标准DZ/T0258-2014的要求,具有准确度高、操作简便、成本低的特点,适用于测定大批量的地质样品。In current geological standards,different pre-processing methods are used for the determination of Se,and there are shortcomings of complicated operating procedures and long analysis cycles in actual operation.In this paper,the geological sample pretreatment process was optimized,and the samples were leached through chloroazotic acid in water bath to determine Se.At the same time,the effects of treatment methods such as Fe^(3+),concentrated hydrochloric acid,Fe^(3+)-concentrated hydrochloric acid on the determination results were discussed,and the best method of de-interference was determined.The detection limits of Se was 0.0083μg/g,the method accuracy(△logC)was-0.041~0.054,respectively,the precision(RSD%)was less than 10.The limit,accuracy and precision meet the requirements of the national geological industry standard(DZ/T0258-2014).It has the characteristics of high accuracy,simple operation and low cost,and is suitable for measuring large quantities of geological samples.
