摘  要:本文对吕临能化选煤厂的重介中煤再选进行了试验研究。通过将重介中煤破碎到13mm、6mm、3mm以下进行浮沉、浮选试验,研究了不同破碎粒度上限下的物料的密度组成和浮选行为,提出了破碎到3mm以下3~0.5mm粒级重介旋流器分选、0.5~0.3mm粒级TBS分选、-0.3mm粒级浮选的工艺路线,并对实际生产的结果进行了预测,预期可使选煤厂的精煤产率增加2.22%。This experimental study is concerned to the re-preparation of the middling product from the dense medium separation system.After crushing the middling product less than 13mm,6mm and 3mm,the results of float-sink analysis and floatation test of the three materials were analyzed and investigated.A rewashing process was recommended,that is:the minenrals of 3~0.5mm would be separated by dense-medium cyclone,the minenrals of 0.5~0.3mm would be separated by teetering bed separator(TBS),the minerals below 0.3mm would be separated flotation machine.Finally,a prediction was made,that the clean coal would increase by 2.22%.
