摘 要:本文采用P507和N235混合萃取剂,对模拟红土镍矿浸出液中的镍(Ⅱ)进行了萃取分离研究。考察了萃取剂比例(P/N)、水相初始pH、萃取剂浓度、水油相比等因素对镍(Ⅱ)萃取效率的影响。结果表明:当P/N为1:1、水相初始pH为4.0、萃取剂浓度为20%、水油相比例为2:1、稀释剂为磺化煤油、萃取时间为5min,镍(Ⅱ)的最高萃取效率为87.39%。本文以期为镍的回收利用提供一些参考,降低对环境的污染。In this paper,a mixed extractant of P507 and N235 was used to study the extraction and separation of nickel(Ⅱ)in the leaching solution of simulated laterite nickel ore.The effects of factors such as the ratio of extractant(P/N),the initial pH of the aqueous phase,the concentration of the extractant,and the ratio of water to oil on the extraction efficiency of nickel(Ⅱ)were investigated.The results show that when P/N is 1:1,the initial pH of the water phase is 4.0,the concentration of the extractant is 20%,the ratio of water to oil is 2:1,the diluent is sulfonated kerosene,the extraction time is 5 min.The highest extraction efficiency of nickel(Ⅱ)is 87.39%.It hopes to provide some reference for the recycling of nickel and reduce the pollution to the environment.
