摘 要:目的基于药效指标探讨微波能量转换和传统热传递两种不同加热模式下丹参提取物的差异性。方法按照相同提取工艺参数,分别采用微波加热和传统加热得到不同加热模式的丹参提取物;通过腹腔注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,测定心电图、血流动力学、血清因子等指标,采用模糊综合评判法对药效指标进行分析、评价。结果微波提取物的7个药效指标综合评分均大于传统提取物。结论两种丹参提取物对急性心肌缺血具有一定的治疗作用,微波加热的药效强度大于传统加热的药效强度,为微波提取技术的工业化生产提供科学依据。Objective To investigate the difference of microwave energy conversion and traditional heat transfer under two different heating modes based on pharmacodynamic indexes.Methods According to the same extraction parameters,the extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza are obtained by microwave heating and traditional heating,respectively.The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia is established by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol hydrochloride.The indexes of electrocardiogram,hemodynamics and serum factors are determined,and the efficacy indexes are analyzed and evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results The comprehensive score of 7 pharmacodynamic indexes of microwave extract is higher than that of traditional extract.Conclusion Two kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza extracts have certain therapeutic effects on acute myocardial ischemia,and the pharmacodynamic intensity of microwave heating is greater than that of traditional heating.In order to provide scientific basis for industrial production of microwave extraction technology.
