摘　　要：夏枯草为临床常用药物,具有清肝明目、散结消肿等功效,然临床对于不同的疾病与证型,夏枯草的最佳用量与配伍各异,通过分析经典名方、名老中医和方药量效研究委员会专家运用夏枯草的经验,探讨夏枯草的量效与配伍关系,以期为临床合理应用夏枯草提供参考。Prunella vulgaris is a commonly used drug in clinical practice.It has the functions of clearing the liver and improving eyesight,dispelling knots and swelling,etc.However,for different diseases and syndromes,the optimal dosage and compatibility of Prunella vulgaris are different.Therefore,the relationship between the dose-response and compatibility of Prunella vulgaris is discussed by analyzing the experience of using Prunella vulgaris by classical famous prescriptions,famous old Chinese medicine practitioners and experts of research committee on the dose-response relationship of prescriptions,in order to provide a reference for the rational clinical application of Prunella vulgaris.
