摘　　要：洋川芎内酯是从中药当归、川芎等伞形科植物中提取的一种苯酞类物质。现代药理学研究表明洋川芎内酯类化合物具有抗氧化损伤、抗炎、抗凝等广泛药理作用。深入研究洋川芎内酯类化合物的药理作用及在机体的药代动力学特征至关重要。以近年来国内外关于洋川芎内酯类化合物的研究进展为基础,对洋川芎内酯类化合物的药理作用及药代动力学研究现状进行归纳,以期为此类化合物的深度开发与临床应用提供参考。Senkyunolide is a kind of phthalide compounds extracted from umbrella plants such as Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong.Modern pharmacological studies show that senkyunolides have broad pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidation injury,anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant.Therefore,it is critical to go into the pharmacological activities and pharmacokinetics characteristics of senkyunolides.Based on the research progress of senkyunolides in recent years,the latest research status of senkyunolides is summarized,which is expected to provide reference for the further development and clinical application of these compounds.
