摘 要:建立了气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定染整助剂中氯化苯和氯化甲苯的检测方法。样品直接利用超声提取,再进行准确的定性定量分析,氯化苯和氯化甲苯的检出限为0.20~0.50 mg/kg。每个水平做8次平行实验,平均回收率为84.2%~110.1%,相对标准偏差均小于12.0%。该检测方法准确、可靠、灵敏,符合染整助剂中氯化苯和氯化甲苯分析的技术指标要求。A method of determination of chlorobenzene and toluene chloride in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed. The samples were extracted directly by ultrasound for accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis. The limits of detection of chlorobenzene and toluene chloride were 0.20~0.50 mg/kg. Eight parallel experiments were performed at each level. The average recovery was 84.2%~110.1%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 12%. The established method is accurate, reliable and sensitive, and meets the technical index requirements for the analysis of the determination of chlorobenzene and toluene chloride in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
