不同寄主对麦蛾柔茧蜂寄生、发育和繁殖的影响

摘　　要：为了评价麦蛾柔茧蜂经米蛾继代饲养后,在红脉穗螟、亚洲玉米螟和草地贪夜蛾上的生物学表现,对比研究了麦蛾柔茧蜂在上述4种寄主上的寄生、发育和繁殖情况。结果表明,麦蛾柔茧蜂对4种寄主均表现出极高的麻痹致死作用(≈97%),但对于麻痹后的不同寄主表现出显著的寄生选择性,寄生率米蛾的(70.00%)最大,草地贪夜蛾(16.67%)的最低;该蜂在4种寄主上的出蜂量差异显著,出蜂量玉米螟上的最大(15.00头),草地贪夜蛾上的最小(2.33头);发育历期和子代雌性占比则无显著性差异,平均分别为12.86 d和40.24%。研究结果显示麦蛾柔茧蜂对3种螟蛾科害虫具有较高的防控潜力。Biological performance of Habrobracon hebetor successively reared using Corcyra cephalonica on Tirathaba rufivena,Ostrinia furnacalis,and Spodoptera frugiperda was evaluated,and the parasitism,development and fecundity of the parasitoid on the above four hosts were comparatively studied.The results showed that the parasitoid exhibited high paralytic lethality(≈97%)on all four hosts,but showed significant parasitic selectivity for different hosts after paralysis,with the larg-est parasitism rate(70.00%)on C.cephalonica and the lowest parasitism rate(16.67%)on S.frugiperda;the parasitoid dif-fered significantly in the number of emerged progeny on the four hosts,with the largest value(15.00)on O.furnacalis and the smallest value(2.33)on S.frugiperda,but there were no significant differences in developmental period or offspring female ratio,with the mean values were 12.86 d and 40.24%,respectively.The results showed that H.hebetor had high control poten-tial against the three Pyralidae pests.
