摘 要:试验旨在探讨构树嫩枝叶青贮与全株玉米青贮体外瘤胃降解率,比较2种粗饲料体外瘤胃降解率的优劣。试验选用4头肉牛[体重(600.2±42.5)kg]提供瘤胃液,设置2种饲料(全株玉米青贮、构树嫩枝叶青贮),在肉牛体外瘤胃中消化36、48、72 h,2种饲料每个消化时间各设4个重复,2个平行。采用体外消化法测定3个不同降解时间2种饲料干物质体外瘤胃降解率(IVDDM)、粗蛋白质体外瘤胃降解率(IVDCP)、中性洗涤纤维体外瘤胃降解率(IVDNDF)、酸性洗涤纤维体外瘤胃降解率(IVDADF)及有机物质体外瘤胃降解率(IVDOM)。结果显示,随着发酵时间增长,2种饲料的IVDDM、IVDCP、IVDOM、IVDNDF、IVDADF均升高。构树嫩枝叶青贮3个时间点IVDNDF显著高于全株玉米青贮,IVDADF高于全株玉米青贮,72 h差异显著。36、48、72 h IVDDM、IVDCP、IVDOM高于全株玉米青贮,48 h差异显著。结果表明,与全株玉米青贮的常规营养成分肉牛体外瘤胃降解率相比,构树嫩枝叶青贮具有较好的肉牛体外瘤胃降解率。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the rumen degradation rate of tender branch and leaf silage of Broussonetia papyrifera and whole plant maize silage and compare the rumen degradation rate of two kinds of roughage in vitro.Four beef cattle[body weight(600.2±42.5)kg]were selected to provide rumen fluid and two kinds of feeds(whole plant maize silage and Broussonetia papyrifera tender branch and leaf silage)were set up.Each feed was digested in vitro for 36 h,48 h and 72 h respectively with 4 repeats.The rumen degradation rates of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and organic matter in beef cattle with different degradation time were determined by in vitro digestion method.The results showed that with the increasing of fermentation time,the rumen degradability of dry matter,crude protein,organic matter,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber beef cattle increased in vitro.The rumen degradation rate of neutral detergent fiber beef cattle was higher than that of whole plant maize silage at 3 time points(p<0.05).The rumen deg-radation rate of acid detergent fiber beef cattle was higher than that of whole plant maize silage,and the difference was sig-nificant at 72 h(p<0.05).There was no significant difference at 36 h and 48 h(p>0.05).The rumen degradation rate of dry matter,crude protein and organic matter of beef cattle at 36 h and 72 h was higher than that of whole plant maize silage(p>0.05),but lower than that of whole plant maize silage at 48 h(p<0.05).The results showed that compared with the rumen degradation rate of beef cattle in vitro,Broussonetia papyrifera tender branches and leaves silage had better rumen degradation characteristics of beef cattle in vitro.
