摘 要:将自制的促染剂应用于涤纶分散染料常压染色,探究促染剂用量对涤纶织物表观深度K/S值、上染百分率、色牢度以及断裂强力的影响。结果表明,促染剂的最佳用量为12%(omf)。对比常压加促染剂工艺与传统高温高压工艺的染色效果,结果表明:促染剂具有良好的促染效果。The self-made dye promoter was applied to the atmospheric pressure dyeing of polyester disperse dyes.The effects of the amount of dye promoter on the apparent depth K/S value,dye uptake percentage,color fastness and breaking strength of polyester fabrics were investigated.The results show that the optimum amount of dye promoter is 12%(omf).The dyeing effects of atmospheric pressure plus dye promoter process and traditional high temperature and high pressure process were compared.The results show that the dye promoter has good dye promoting effect.
