摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚己内酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、亲水扩链剂、小分子扩链剂等为主要原料,采用自乳化法合成高牢度水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了小分子扩链剂、聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇的种类,R值(—NCO、—OH物质的量比)对印花效果的影响;并将其应用于高防水泳衣面料上,测试性能。结果表明,该高牢度水性聚氨酯乳液适用于高防水泳衣面料,耐洗性、耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度等性能优异。Waterborne polyurethane emulsion with high fastness was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI),polycaprolactone polyol,polyether polyol,hydrophilic chain extender and small molecule chain extender.The effects of the kind of low molecular chain extender,polyester polyol,polyether polyol,R value(ratio of—NCO and—OH)were discussed.The high performance waterborne polyurethane emulsion is applied to high waterproof swimsuit fabrics to test its performance.The results show that the high performance waterborne polyurethane emulsion is suitable for high waterproof swimsuit fabric.It has excellent washing fastness,color fastness to soaping and rubbing.
