摘　　要：探究了一种腈纶阳离子染料轧染染色方法,包括如下步骤:将织物浸轧加热的染液、汽蒸、水洗、烘干。该染色方法能够实现连续染色加工,生产效率高,适合大批量织物的染色,避免了采用浸染工艺出现的生产效率低、缸差疵布、重现性低等问题。采用腈纶阳离子染料轧染染色方法染色,织物色光均匀、布面饱满,色牢度与常规浸染染色基本一致。与现有腈纶面料浸染染色工艺相比,该工艺缩短了工艺流程,减少了环境污染,并能够获得色光均匀、布面饱满的染色织物。A pad dyeing method of acrylic dyed with cationic dye is explored,which includes the following steps:padding the fabric with heated dye liquor,steaming,washing and drying.This dyeing method can realize continuous dyeing process,has high production efficiency,is suitable for the dyeing of large-scale fabrics,and avoids the problems of low production efficiency,poor cylinder defective cloth and low reproducibility caused by the dip dyeing process.Dyeing with acrylic cationic dye pad dyeing method,the color light of fabric is uniform,the cloth surface is full,and the color fastness is basically the same as that of conventional dip dyeing.Compared with the dip dyeing process of acrylic fabric,this process shortens the process flow,reduces environmental pollution,and obtains dyed fabrics with uniform shade and full cloth surface.
