摘  要:某核电站密封油泵采用三螺杆泵,长期存在异音及振动大的问题,严重威胁系统的安全运行。为了查找导致该问题的具体原因,对相关的系统和设备进行理论计算及现场排查,最终发现导致该问题的根本原因为泵的汽蚀余量不足,在系统中其他因素的扰动下,发生汽蚀和吸空现象。现场通过调整密封油泵上游真空箱的真空度,增加真空箱的液位高度,来增大泵的汽蚀余量;并通过减少泵入口气泡、整定泵出口压力、提高泵的介质温度等工作,来降低外部扰动和提高泵的自吸能力,从而解决了密封油泵的汽蚀问题。The sealing oil pump of a nuclear power plant adopts the three-screw pump.It had the problem of abnormal sound and large vibration for a long time, which seriously threatened the safe operation of the system.In order to find out the specific causes of the problem, theoretical calculation and field investigation of relevant systems and equipment were carried out.Finally, it was found that the root cause of the problem was insufficient NPSH of the pump, and cavitation and air suction occurred under the disturbance of other factors in the system.On site, the NPSH of the pump was increased by adjusting the vacuum degree of the vacuum tank upstream of the sealing oil pump and increasing the liquid level of the vacuum tank.By reducing the bubble at the pump inlet, resetting the pump outlet pressure and increasing the medium temperature of the pump, the external disturbance was reduced and the self-priming capacity of the pump was improved.In this way the cavitation problem of the sealing oil pump was solved.
