摘  要:接地故障电弧可靠熄灭是配电网安全运行的重要保障,针对现有有源消弧方法很难同时兼顾高阻与低阻接地故障消弧需求的问题,文中提出一种计及配电网线路阻抗影响的自适应接地故障主动调控方法。首先,推导了故障点残压、残流随接地电阻和故障距离的变化规律,证明电压消弧受线路阻抗影响的机理。其次,通过对比配电网接地故障电流完全消弧与未完全消弧时线路特征参量的差异,提出将故障相的负荷总电流与消弧变流器并网点线路电流差量转换为故障点残压补偿量,以抵消线路压降对电压消弧的影响。通过分析控制系统传递函数与波特图,证明该控制方法具有较强的稳定性和对线路参数变化的适应性。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真以及RTLAB硬件在环实验,验证所提消弧控制策略的可靠性与可行性。The reliable extinction of grounding fault arc is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the distribution network.In view of the problem that it is difficult for the existing active arc suppression methods to take into account the arc suppression requirements of high-resistance and low-resistance grounding faults at the same time,this paper proposes an adaptive active regulation method of grounding fault considering the influence of line impedance of distribution network.Firstly,the variation law of residual voltage and residual current at the fault point with the grounding resistance and the fault distance is deduced,and the mechanism of voltage arc suppression affected by line impedance is proven.Secondly,by comparing the difference of line characteristic parameters between complete arc suppression and incomplete arc suppression of grounding fault current in the distribution network,it is proposed to convert the difference between the total load current of fault phase and the line current of the connection point of the arc suppression converter into residual voltage compensation at the fault point,to offset the influence of line voltage drop on voltage arc suppression.By analyzing the transfer function and Bode diagram of the control system,it is proven that the control method has strong stability and adaptability to the change of line parameters.Finally,the reliability and feasibility of the proposed arc suppression control strategy are verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation and RT-LAB hardware-in-loop experiment.
