摘  要:某钨锡选矿尾矿含铜0.18%,银30.39g/t,为避免资源浪费,提高矿产资源综合利用率,对从尾矿中回收铜银工艺进行试验。经过浮选工艺实验,采用铜硫混浮-粗精矿再磨-低碱铜硫分离的原则流程,能获得较好的技术指标。最终获得铜品位23.68%、银品位2596.82g/t,铜回收率88.44%、银回收率55.25%的铜精矿;硫品位32.82%、银品位436.76g/t,硫回收率34.42%、银回收率20.63%的硫精矿。A tungsten-tin flotation tailings contains copper and silver which grade is 0.18%in Cu and 30.39g/t in Ag.In order to avoid resource flow and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of mineral resources,the mineral processing experimental research on comprehensive recovery of copper and silver was carried out.Based on the small experimental research of flotation technology,a principled flowsheet of Cu and S bulk flotation-regrinding of rough concentrate-low alkali separation of Cu and S was selected.The experimental research indicates that copper concentrate is 23.68%in copper grade,88.44%in copper recovery,2596.82g/t in silver grade,55.25%in silver recovery,sulfur concentrate is 32.82%in sulfur grade,34.42%in sulfur recovery,436.76g/t in silver grade,20.63%in silver recovery.
