摘  要:国外某铜矿为难选矿,铜浮选效果不佳。本文对该矿磨矿细度-74μm占60%的浮选给矿样开展铜的基本矿物学研究,研究内容包括矿物组成及含量、铜矿物种类及嵌布关系、铜矿物粒度及解离连生情况。经推算现有磨矿细度下,建议采用全硫浮选—粗精矿再磨—铜硫分离基本工艺,理论上粗精矿中可获得91.48%的铜回收率。The ore of one foreign copper mine is refractory to process,with a poor copper flotation performance.In this paper,the basic mineralogy studies of copper were carried out on the flotation feed samples with grinding fineness-74μm accounting for 60%respectively.The research will focus on the mineral composition and content,the types of copper minerals and their inlaid distribution relationship,the particle size of copper minerals,and the situation of dissociation and coexistence.After calculating the existing grinding fineness,this paper recommends using the basic process of total sulfur flotation-raw concentrate regrinding-copper-sulfur separation.Theoretically,the recovery rate of copper from raw concentrate could reach 91.48%.
